submitting the resume, the candidates are requested to: |

Fresher: We send online assessment consisting of two
papers: |
| First
Paper: Based on the Post the candidate has applied for. |
| Second
Paper: On English communication skills |

For
Job Changers*: On registration the candidates are called
in for an interview session with our panel of Expert from the relevant
field. If further evaluation is required we conduct
written exams also. |

All candidates having experience of more than 1 year are
considered as Job Changers. |
| No
membership fees are charged to the candidates |
